The 7 Day Diet Plan does not provide a balanced diet as recommended by the food pyramid. It appears that weight loss is based on 'balancing the water' in the body, as well as 'foods that work best together when dieting' premise, which is totally off the Diet Wall. Keep in mind that water loss is not fat loss and is gained back rapidly after dieting has ceased. And as a note, only a Diet Idiot begins a 7 day diet on a Monday, faced with getting through a weekend on the two worst possible days of the week!
Monday, Fruit - Dieter Charlie chooses 4 bananas, 2
apples, 30 dried apple rings (no mention that dried fruit is
tabu), 2 avocados (yes, it's a fruit) 2 pears, 2 cups of
cherries, 5 dates, 5 prunes, and 1 cup of golden raisins. TILT!!!
Dieter Charlie has exceeded 2,500 calories for the day. Do not
pass Diet Go, Do not collect Weight Loss Success! Sorry Charlie...
Tuesday, Vegetables - Dieter Charlie chooses 4 large
baked potatoes, 3 cups of artichoke hearts, 4 large ears of
corn on the cob 1 parsnip, 1 sweet potato and 1 small bowl of
tossed raw spinach & mushrooms. TILT! Sorry Charlie!
