Branding Your Diet Plan

Although the dieter can do very well at picking the best diet plan that closely meets their dietary needs, as well as their 'diet emotional needs', the 'perfect diet' doesn't exist.  Best is  as best as the dieter can do - or expect.

Ways  to brand your diet:

- Develop a personal exercise routine to the beat of your favorite flavor of music.  Diet Tip: Salsa music makes one of the best and the most fun sounds to exercise by.

- Put a twist on your favorite recipes by making them lean towards lean.

- Make up a healthy fad diet plan that's all your own. This will help keep you motivated.  Our example:

Monday - I'll eat beef today - a lean version of a homemade hamburger.

Tuesday - I'll eat chicken today; oh - and it's also my soup day!

Wednesday - I'll eat salad with protein today.

 

Thursday - I'll enjoy Italian, the lean way.

Friday - Cha Cha - I'm enjoying Mexican!  

Saturday - Game of volleyball with friends.

Sunday - An afternoon hike.

As you can see, branding your diet plan keeps fun in your Diet Game Plan!

Total calories:  About 1,550.  That's a lot of food for few  calories!
