Day 3 of the Sacred Heart Diet Plan

Only soup, fruit and vegetables but no potato. At this point, they say you should have shed 5-7 pounds. If indeed that were the case, it would be water weight and muscle. 

Day 4 of the Sacred Heart Diet Plan

3 bananas and as much skimmed milk as the dieter desires. Supposedly, the proteins and calcium decrease the cravings for sweets.
 

Day 5 of the Sacred Heart Diet Plan

10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes OR 6 tomatoes plus the soup.

Day 6 of the Sacred Heart Diet Plan

3 steaks plus vegetables plus the soup but no potato

Day 7 of the Sacred Heart Diet Plan

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables with the soup.
Repeat the entire diet for 7 more days.
